Q. What is the waiting time for delivery after placing an order?
A. Delivery times vary on individual products. Some are available from stock within 14 days. Non-stock items are available within 2-6 weeks dependant on range. Please contact us for item specific information.

Q. Can I use my own fabric?
A. Even though we have selected some of the finest fabrics we understand that some customers may want something a little different. We are happy to oblige and cover your sofa in your chosen fabric. Please contact us for further details.
Q. What happens if I don’t like my sofa when it arrives?
A. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will collect the item(s) free of charge and arrange a total refund.*
*This does not apply to any bespoke item.
Q. When my sofa arrives will it be an exact colour match of the swatch?
A. The fabric swatches we send is the actual fabric we use. However, shade can vary slightly from one batch to the next. Any items which form part of the same order will always match.
Q. Do you use sustainable wood sources?
A. All wood used is FSC certified therefore once trees are felled, others are planted to replace them helping to maintain a healthy sustainable forest.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Yes we do have a showroom, which is open to the general public. We are located in west London : Network House, 29-39 Stirling Road, London, W3 8DJ.
Q. Do you deliver overseas?
A. Yes. We recognise the importance of our international clients and are happy to arrange shipping anywhere in the world.
Q. Can I have a weekend delivery?
A. Yes. Weekend deliveries are available and are much sought after. Please request at point of order.

A. None of our sofas are imported. All sofas supplied by The London Sofa Company are handmade in the
